He is one of the UK’s most in demand singer pianists, well known for his rich soulful voice, dazzling piano skills and his charismatic personality as a front man. He has headlined Ronnie Scotts Jazz Club, performed on the main stage at the Love Supreme Jazz Festival, Europe’s largest outdoor jazz festival, and reached number 1 on the iTunes chart for his recording of the song The Things We’ve Handed Down. He rejoins his German Trio Michael Kersting, Carsten Schmelzer. Jeremy will also invite, like he did every year, special guests on Friday Florian Menzel and Saturday Markus Ehrlich, who will be accompanied by Björn Werra and Michael Kersting. „Jeremy Sassoon is a performer of the highest calibre. His voice is rich and soulful, his piano skills dazzling, and his charisma as a frontman is undeniable “ Edinburgh Reviews.co.uk „Maybe the years in psychiatry gave him insight into how to charm a crowd. He definitely has that skill.“ Fringe review „Sassoon’s voice is rich and warm, capable of both crooner tenderness and bluesy grit when the moment demands it» One4Review JEREMY SASSOON – VOCAL/RHODES/PIANO MICHAEL KERSTING – DRUMS BJÖRN WERRA – BASS SPECIAL GUEST: FLORIAN MENZEL – TRUMPET Foto Jeremy@Andrew Perry
