JC DOOK BACK AT A-TRANE «BLUES WITH A BANG» Feat: Till Sahm-Leon Schurz-Marlon Browden On these two evenings, we will be presenting a mixture of Blues and Soul classics as well as originals. Both evenings will be instrumental and sung. Songs will be by my Blues mentors, the 3 Kings: BB King, Albert King and Freddie. The Blues-Kings were an influential American blues guitarists and singers, who were counted among the famous „Three Kings of the Electric Blues.» And on top we will dedicate the evening to all other Blues Giants like Albert Collins, Robert Cray, T-Bone Walker, and of course Muddy Waters. The Band is comprised of some of Berlin’s finest musicians: Till Sahm, Leon Schurz and Marlon Browden. «Come on an authentic Blues journey with us and get your Muddy on» JC Dook JC DOOK is a multi-talented musician with a multicultural upbringing. He went to and graduated from Berklee College of Music with a Professional Music Diploma. JC DOOK is known for his unique blend of different musical styles that he also incorporates in his compositions. He has played with/for Harry Belafonte, Ben. E. King, and served as guitarist/ Musical Director for Queen Esther Marrow and The Harlem Gospel Singers. He toured with Grammy Award-winning bassist and vocalist Richard Bona. While his musical tastes and abilities are wide-ranging, his first passion is the Blues.
