Volksbühne startet Saison mit neuen Performances
Die Volksbühne eröffnet ihre neue Spielzeit mit "House of Hopes" von Rimini Protokoll und Florentina Holzingers "Hauswasch"-Happening. Intendant Matthias Lilienthal setzt auf experimentelle Formate.
Die Volksbühne am Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz startet in die neue Theatersaison. Den Anfang machen zwei Produktionen: "House of Hopes" vom renommierten Kollektiv Rimini Protokoll sowie Florentina Holzingers fulminantes Hauswasch-Happening. Intendant Matthias Lilienthal hatte im Sommer bereits mit dem Volksbad für Aufsehen gesorgt und setzt auch jetzt auf ungewöhnliche, partizipative Formate. Die Eröffnung markiert den Aufbruch des Hauses nach der Sommerpause.
